Good work with good people

For the past fifteen years, I’ve helped teams around the world build brands, websites, products, and design systems that make good ideas easier to understand, trust, and act on.
My work combines strategy, identity design, website design, product experience, messaging, and ongoing creative support. I facilitate, research, write, design, and build practical systems that help teams communicate with more clarity and move with less friction.
My interest in systemic change has led me to contribute to projects with global reach, including The Carbon Almanac and GOODBIDS, in collaboration with Seth Godin. I also collaborate with Fundación Sara Omi in Panama, working alongside Sara Omi, recognized by Forbes Centroamérica as one of its 50 Mujeres Poderosas 2026, to support Indigenous women and youth in co-designing a better future for their communities and the world.
Along the way, I’ve been fortunate enough to learn from mentors such as James Victore and Jose Caballer. I continue to explore how design, creative leadership, and entrepreneurship can help bring about positive change through my founder and CXO interview series, and my writing.
At the center of it all is a simple idea: doing good work with good people.
PS
I’m writing a book on DIY branding for small teams. I share a new draft chapter each week on Substack. Read it for free before the official release this fall.
